PRIVACY POLICY
TEXT AN EX provides a sterile environment for unresolved dialogue. We classify your data, including personally identifiable information, chat messages, and configured persona profiles, as highly sensitive material. We treat it with clinical detachment and strict security.
01: VERIFICATION
We do not use or store passwords. Access to TEXT AN EX is granted strictly through unique, single-use links sent directly to your email address. Phone numbers are verified with one-time-passcodes.
02: PERMISSIONS
Only you are authorized to view a session's context or history within the web interface. The simulated personas are granted access to your inputs on a strict, need-to-know basis to process the context and formulate a response. Once the response is generated, that access is immediately revoked.
We do not sell your data, and we absolutely do not use your private conversations to train future language models. Language models we use do not retain memory of past conversations.
03: ENCRYPTION
All session data is encrypted using standard AES-256 protocols before being committed to our secure database. The cryptographic keys used for this process remain isolated in our server environment variables. In the unlikely event of a storage breach, your personal data would be entirely unreadable. TEXT AN EX utilizes server-side encryption (SSE), but not End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). This means that while your data is encrypted at rest, it is not encrypted end-to-end.
04: DATA RETENTION
We do not retain chat history indefinitely. After 30 days from the start of a session, all associated chat and persona data is permanently scrubbed from our database via an automated process. This cannot be prolonged. This platform is designed for temporary fun, not long-term archiving.

TEXT AN EX does not share or sell mobile data or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
